Chris Stefanco joined Homefront Brands in 2020 and brings with him a wealth of franchise operations knowledge. A New Jersey native, Chris moved to Charlotte, NC in 1999 where he spent the last 20 years of his career working to build AdvantaClean a national franchise brand in the restoration space. He was a pivotal part of the organization’s foundation and growth, with roles as VP of Franchise Training, Franchise Business Consultant and VP of Franchise Operations. As VP of Operations, Chris managed the Franchise Business Consultant Program and conducted regional meetings and training for the company’s 220+ locations. He  currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Homefront Brands and works with brand founders building out their training, coaching, and technology programs.
