Michael Wagner is President of Roof Scientist, the newest brand within the HomeFront Brands family launched in 2025. A seasoned franchising executive with more than a decade of industry experience, Michael served as the founding president of Pool Scouts, a national pool service franchise that grew to over 100 units across the United States under his leadership.  

A serial entrepreneur, he has successfully launched and scaled multiple startups and led international expansion efforts for a global training and software firm, establishing offices in eight countries. One of his ventures was also featured on the television series Shark Tank. Michael combines strategic growth expertise with hands-on operational experience, focusing on scalable franchise models, franchisee development, and systems that drive consistent service delivery and profitability. 

An avid traveler who has visited 41 countries, Michael values global perspective and cultural insight in business. In his personal time, he enjoys soccer, surfing, golf, and outdoor activities that reflect his energetic, team-oriented approach to leadership.
