Jason Livingston is the Vice President of Customer Experience and Data Analytics at HomeFront Brands, where he leads the development of top-tier customer service and data analytics teams for residential and light commercial property service franchises. He holds double bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Russian Studies from Brigham Young University, an EMBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology, and a PMP certification from Korn Ferry in London. With over 20 years of experience, Jason has held senior leadership roles at Coupang, Electronic Arts, Riot Games, Zynga, Cordstrap, and America Online, and has launched two companies, including a CX consultancy. He has lived and worked in 9 countries, managing global teams in 12 more. Jason’s mission is to help companies connect with their customers, and he values HomeFront Brands’ community-focused approach, combining local business impact with national franchise strength to enhance partner and customer experiences.
