Jeff Dudan is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across franchising, residential and commercial services, management consulting, real estate, and entrepreneurship. As Founder and CEO of HomeFront Brands, Jeff brings a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and values-driven leadership—while maintaining the empathy and perspective required to work side-by-side with franchise owners. 

Jeff’s entrepreneurial journey began as a college athlete, when he founded a student housing painting business. He later played a key role in South Florida’s recovery following Hurricane Andrew, which led to the founding of AdvantaClean in 1994. Under Jeff’s leadership, AdvantaClean grew to more than 240 locations nationwide, became a national partner of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and was ultimately acquired by Home Franchise Concepts in January 2019. In 2026, HomeFront Brands acquired AdvantaClean from Home Franchise Concepts, a full-circle moment for the Dudan Family.

Jeff is the author of Discernment: The Business Athlete’s Regimen for a Great Life through Better Decisions, a Forbes contributor, and a sought-after speaker and advisor to emerging franchise brands. He has held leadership roles with YPO’s Southern Sands Chapter and the International Franchise Association’s Franchisor Forum and appeared on Season 8 of Undercover Boss in 2017 with AdvantaClean. 

Jeff finds purpose in Inspiring Entrepreneurs to build businesses—and lives—of meaning, resilience, and impact. He has coached more than 37 seasons of youth athletics and enjoys fishing and time on the water with his “foster-fail” dog, Charlie.
