Josh has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operational leadership. He began his career at EY, where he spent four years in public accounting before moving into executive leadership roles in the franchise sector.

 

Josh spent more than a decade with The Junkluggers, serving as Chief Financial Officer, where he helped guide the company through significant growth and expansion. Prior to joining HomeFront Brands, he also served as a Fractional CFO, advising businesses on financial strategy and operational efficiency.

 

At HomeFront Brands, Josh oversees financial strategy across the portfolio and works closely with leadership to strengthen unit-level economics and support the long-term growth and success of franchise owners. Josh holds both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree from the University of Washington and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
