Mike has nearly 30 years of experience in various finance and accounting roles. After spending his first eight years in public accounting with both Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, he was hired by one of his clients, the NFL’s Carolina Panthers. Mike has served as Chief Financial Officer and was a leader in the Panther’s sales process valued at over $2.2 billion in 2019, which marked the largest sports franchise transaction to date.

In addition to maintaining the finances of the HomeFront Brands portfolio, Mike actively monitors unit level economics, providing analysis and benchmarking to drive bottom line results for franchisees. Mike is a Summa Cum Lauda graduate of the Walker College of Business at Appalachian State University.
