Patrick Maslyn has counseled franchise systems on compliance with a wide array of laws that impact the sale of franchises and the operations of their franchise systems. He has experience working in large, medium, and small law firms and also previously served as General Counsel for a multi-brand home service franchisor, preparing the company to take on a substantial private equity investment. Patrick received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in 1992 and his law degree from The George Washington University in 1997. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
