Stefanco joined Homefront Brands in 2020 and brings with him a wealth of franchise operations knowledge. A New Jersey native, Stefanco moved to Charlotte, NC in 1999 where he spent the last 20 years of his career working to build AdvantaClean a national franchise brand in the restoration space. Stefanco was a pivotal part of the organization’s foundation and growth, with roles as VP of Franchise Training, Franchise Business Consultant and VP of Franchise Operations. As VP of Operations, Stefanco managed the Franchise Business Consultant Program and conducted regional meetings and training for the company’s 220+ locations. Stefanco currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Homefront Brands and works with brand founders building out their training, coaching, technology programs.
