He has experience in operations, marketing, and franchise development, and has managed businesses with more than $1 billion in revenue. When he launched Citibank Australia’s franchise finance business, O’Driscoll developed its franchise risk rating methodology and wrote $400 million of loans to thousands of franchisees and hundreds of franchisors.
