If we use an unaffiliated payment service (“Payment Service”), any information you provide to that Payment Service is governed by that Payment Service’s privacy policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the Payment Service’s information practices.
Other Information
“Other Information” is information that does not reveal your specific identity, such as browser information, cookie and tracking data, demographic information, and aggregated information.
We and our service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location, and usage data when you access the Services.
3) Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies (including pixels, web beacons, JavaScript, reCAPTCHA, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our websites and emails and to improve performance and marketing effectiveness.

We may share information with other companies in the HomeFront Brands family, including commonly owned or controlled entities, franchisors, franchisees, and other affiliated entities, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
IMPORTANT SMS CONSENT LIMITATION
No mobile opt-in, text message consent, or SMS permission will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
This includes consent collected for text messaging programs.
Promotions, Contests, and Third-Party Marketing (Non-SMS)
We may partner with third parties to sponsor promotions and may share information you submit to participate in those promotions, where permitted by law. Where legally required, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt in or opt out.

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from HomeFront Brands. These messages may include appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, billing notifications, and marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to make a purchase. Please see our Privacy Policy at https://homefrontbrands.com/privacy-policy/ for more information.
You understand and agree that our text messaging program is considered an “other application” under our Terms of Use. Standard messaging rates apply to your initial message, our confirmation message, and all subsequent SMS or MMS communications. While we do not charge for content, your wireless carrier may impose message or data charges or limitations that are outside of our control. Please contact your wireless carrier for details regarding your plan.
By subscribing to marketing or promotional messages, you consent to receive up to 10 messages per month, which may be sent using automated technology. Messages may include offers from HomeFront Brands platform affiliates, franchisees, and agents.
Our franchisees are independently owned and operated businesses and are solely responsible for their own legal and regulatory compliance. These terms do not apply to any franchisee’s independent text messaging programs. If you are receiving text messages directly from a franchisee, you must opt out through that franchisee.
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device used to subscribe to the service and that you are authorized to approve any applicable charges.
We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, as delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s effective transmission and your device’s processing capabilities. SMS and MMS services are provided on an “AS IS” basis. All content and materials delivered through the service are proprietary and intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to damage, interfere with, or disrupt the service or its functionality.
This service is available only within the United States.
