Supporting Diversity in Franchising: Introducing the Franchise Ascension Initiative

Matt Haller And Jeff Dudan

In Charlotte, NC, HomeFront Brands backs the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) new Franchise Ascension Initiative. The initiative aims to empower underrepresented communities with education, mentorship, resources, and financial support to launch successful careers in franchise ownership. This commitment underscores HomeFront Brands’ dedication to fostering diversity and bridging the wealth gap through community-based franchising opportunities.

HomeFront Brands’ contribution of $10,000 annually for the next five years will help launch this accelerator program, which is expected to start accepting applications later this year with the first cohort set to begin in late 2024. This initiative aligns with HomeFront Brands’ core values of community, accountability, respect, excellence, and service, reflecting their dedication to making a meaningful impact on diverse and underserved communities.
